As chosen by our Patrons, this month’s deep-dive will examine a hypothetical Chinese invasion of Taiwan in 2028. We last tackled this topic a few years ago, but since then, the strategic landscape has shifted dramatically. Political calculations on both sides have evolved, new alliances have been introduced, additional weapon systems have entered the field, and the modelling itself has changed in ways that could alter the outcome entirely.
In this session, we’ll revisit some of the highly detailed analysis from our previous presentation, while also adding on even more modelling and details as part of this major update on the strategy, political context, and battlefield calculus shaping the conflict.
