In the North of South America lies the republic of Guyana, and English speaking nation currently locked into a border dispute with the once-powerful Venezuela. Guyana though has friends in high places and a defensive strategy to protect itself from both Venezuela and Brazil. We spoke to a panel of experts about that plan.
