The Red Line Podcast is a geopolitics program that interviews guests from around the world. The show covers a new topic each fortnight covering issues ranging from the Russian hypersonic missile program to the Libyan civil war, and has had guests from the White House, the CIA, Oxford, Harvard, and various government ministries.
The show has been streamed over 1.8 million times, has made it onto Harvard's recommended list and our work has been published by NATO. We are looking for someone to join our team to help with some of the administrative work and assist with research for the show.
You would be joining a team of 6 working on a program that is now one of the biggest in its genre, getting access to high-level experts, secure briefs and guests including ambassadors and journalists. We are looking for someone who has a good knowledge of international politics, works well with people, has, excellent communication skills and is confident researching and writing on complex geopolitical topics.
A degree in a relevant field, whether completed or in progress is a plus, but demonstrated practical experience is the most important factor.
Working times for the position are flexible. Our team is stationed all over the globe, so any timezone is okay so long as you are available for the requisite number of hours each week.
The show is experiencing rapid growth and looking to expand, so we would love to find a team member as enthusiastic as we are who is ready to jump into the heart of breaking news stories.
